An Express List provides a fast, high-level budgetary takeoff designed for quick and easy pricing. It offers a more economical option for projects still in the bidding or preliminary stages, giving clients a solid cost overview without the detail of a full takeoff.

What is the lead time?
Lead times vary from week to week depending on our current workload and the complexity and size of the jobs in-house. The best thing to do is to call or email us for the current lead time.
What file format will my estimate be emailed to me in?
All estimates are done and sent in microsoft excel.
